Christoph S. Graeber

Christoph Graeber studied law at the University of Würzburg. He had a post-graduate judicial service training at the German Embassy in Beijing / China and at the headquarter of Bosch Rexroth AG where he mainly worked in the fields of Intellectual Property Rights, especially the trademark protection in China. His fields of activity include the prosecution of infringements of industrial property rights, relating to trademark law and unfair competition cases, as well as preparing and handling licensing agreements in all matters of industrial property. He is member of the DCJV (German-Chinese Lawyers Association).
