Es erm&ouml;glicht Gerichten, schnell Schutzma&szlig;nahmen anzuordnen, wenn eine Person durch Gewalt, Drohungen, Stalking oder unzumutbare Bel&auml;stigungen gef&auml;hrdet ist.
