Tobias Hofbauer

Since his admission to the bar in 2005, Tobias Hofbauer has focused his practice at the firm on traffic law, specializing in the settlement of civil accident claims. Since 2016, he has been assisting private individuals and car dealerships in settling claims at Cornea Franz Rechtsanwälte with his many years of experience, representing them both in and out of court against the damaging parties or their insurance companies.

Tobias Hofbauer is also active in the field of general civil law. He advises and represents private clients as well as regional and national companies in the enforcement and defense of civil law claims.
